Programmet er et database program og fungerer som sådan. Herunder beskriver vi lidt mere om hvad et database program er.
SignManage findes i 2 udgaver; SingleUser og MultiUser. SingleUser versionen kræver blot en computer og en printer. MultiUser versionen kræver Filemaker Pro og en Filemaker Server. Begge udgaver kører under både MacOS X og Windows.
